A long time supporter of our military and law enforcement, Manuela spent many hours as a liasion and translator on US miliary bases in Germany. After moving with her family to Louisville, KY she created Support 502 Blue in the summer of 2020. As of August 2022, she is the president of the Advisory Board for LMPD's 5th Division and in September 2023, she joined the Louisville Metro Police Department Community Engagement Unit.Manuela enjoys cooking and scuba diving in her spare time! Susan is a life-long Louisville resident. She started volunteering for numerous different organizations almost two decades ago, and most recently as one of the founders of Support 502 Blue.When Susan is not busy at work, she enjoys spending time with her two pups and making beautiful wreaths.
Scott Nussbaum - Senior Advisor
Scott has dedicated a great part of his adult life to volunteering in various capacities for our heroes in blue, specifically the Louisville Metro Police Department. He has received numerous volunteer awards from LMPD and is a member of several organizations within the law enforcement community. Scott sits on the Advisory Board for LMPD’s 5th Division as its Treasurer. Janet is a retired public school teacher and horse woman extra-ordinaire. She is also heavily invested in hound rescues in KY. When not playing with her four-legged crew, Janet loves to write children's books and makes sure our website and FB page does not contain any grammatical errors! Janet also is the proprietor of Eco Pet Solutions! She resides in Lexington with her companion pup "Riley B" and her Thoroughbred "Lively".

Mr. Colin McDowell, a Louisville native, was born and raised in this vibrant city. His connection to public service runs deep, as his family's roots intertwined with the very institutions he now works to support. His upbringing was deeply influenced by his family's connection to law enforcement and emergency services and he spent his formative years in the halls of fire stations and police departments, immersing himself in the values and responsibilites of public service. This unique childhood experience fostered in Colin a profound sense of respect and admiration for the men and women who dedicate their lives to keeping our community safe.
